Only started using little over a week ago, so far lost three pounds, but using with a good diet, a lot of protein and water and fiber! And of course exercise. Side effects not bad at all, I still get hungry at times but I’m used to eating a lot of small meals all day, but I do get full fast and have no want to eat more. I did read that Reta doesn’t completely get rid of your hunger. Def eat a lot of fiber, besides that not much issues. Will add another review after a few more weeks.
